Pasta with Bolognese sauce or "Pasta al Ragu"

Ingredients:

  • Pasta - 400 g.
  • Carrot - 100 g.
  • Onion - 100 g
  • Celery - 100 g.
  • Beef flesh - 200 g.
  • Pork fillet - 200 g.
  • Peeled tomatoes - 500 g.
  • Olive oil - 4 tablespoons
  • Salt

Procedure:

Peel and chop carrots, onions and celery and cook with little oil until sizzling but not browned, then add chopped beef and pork.

Add peeled tomatoes, salt and let it boil for one hour.

Cook pasta and serve it with the sauce.
