Preparation about 35 min (1 hour for marinating) Ingredients:
Procedure: Mix lime juice with filaments of saffron. Rotate filets in it. Marinate it in a covered bowl for about one hour. Sauce: Quarter tomatoes. Core and cube them. Mix with lime juice and parsley. Add oil and flavor with salt and pepper. Fry filets in a pan or on a grill. For side dish serve steamed rice. You may add chopped and roasted pistachios.
