Procedure: Cut meat in about 2 ½ cm wide and 1 cm long peaces. Peel and hash garlic. Mix wine with chili, pepper powder, cumin, garlic, lemon juice and oil. Add pork pieces to the mixture, stir until all peaces are covered. Cover up and marinate for 6 hours. Take out meat, drip it off and stick it on the skewers. Fry them on both sides in a pan or on a barbecue grill. To meat skewers you can serve baguette and salad.
