Marinated meat skewer

Preparation about 35 min (6 hours for marinating)

Ingredients:

  • 600 g pork
  • for the marinade:
    • 6 cloves of garlic
    • 80 ml white wine
    • 1 teaspoon Chili
    • 2 tablespoons sweet pepper powder
    • ½ teaspoon ground cumin
    • juice of ½ lemon
    • 125 ml olive oil

Procedure:

Cut meat in about 2 ½ cm wide and 1 cm long peaces. Peel and hash garlic.

Mix wine with chili, pepper powder, cumin, garlic, lemon juice and oil. Add pork pieces to the mixture, stir until all peaces are covered. Cover up and marinate for 6 hours.

Take out meat, drip it off and stick it on the skewers. Fry them on both sides in a pan or on a barbecue grill. To meat skewers you can serve baguette and salad.
