Potatosalat
6 Portions

Ingredients:

  • 1 kilo potatoes
  • Sliced onion
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • ½ cup of oil
  • Sault, Pepper
  • Julienne parsley
  • Some black and vinegary olives

Procedure:

You boil the potatoes in salted water.

You peel them, you slice them and you put them into a plate.

Add the rest of the materials and you mix them.

Variations:

You can replace the parsley with origanum and you can add pickles.

You can add to the oil and lemon juice some molten garlic.
