Bread with tomato

This is something that should be not absent from a Catalan (North-East of Spain) table. It is bread (sometimes toasted) where you scrape off half tomato (and sometimes also garlic), and you add virgin olive oil on and a bit of salt. You use it to accompany ham, cheese, omelettes… or it is also common to make sandwiches this way.
