Oil-vinegar dressing
Oil-vinegar dressing can be used for salad, pasta, potato salad, rice salad and whenever you like
- 25mL olive oil
- 2 teaspoons vinegar
- ½ teaspoon sugar
- salt and pepper
Mix it all and add salt and pepper to your likening.
Dijon dressing
This dressing is fine with steamed green beans, salad with peas or egg
- 25mL olive oil
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- ½-1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- salt and pepper
Mix everything together, add salt and pepper to your likening, and pour over the vegetables.
Parmasan dressing
This goes very well with steamed vegetables
- 25mL olive oil
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 5 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper
Mix it together and add salt and pepper to your likening
